SHIFTMobility is building an industry leading Inside Sales organization located in Foster City, CA. We are looking for results driven, experienced Inside Sales Director who has a strong desire to work in a fast paced technical environment and would like to be a key part of building something from the ground up!

Job Description

The Inside Sales Director’s role is to grow ShiftMobility’s Inside Sales capability by identifying the appropriate technology and personnel needed to sell our products nationwide. Additionally, the Inside Sales Director will contact potential customers, using telephone, e-mail or fax, targeting specific regions as determined by the Vice President of Sales.

Requirements

Grow the business by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets; Identify prospects with a need for SHIFTMobility’s products; Manage the customer engagement process from first call through closing; Cooperate with the Director of Marketing to determine essential strategic approaches for sales; Coordinate with SHIFTMobility’s Customer Support to insure customer satisfaction; Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

Personal Attributes

Results driven, ambitious, eager, excellent telephone sales skills, excellent time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years Inside Sales Director or Management experience; Track record of exceeding sales goals; Excellent phone voice, clear, audible, understandable

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive experience from a service or part supplier perspective

College degree

Salary: $70,000.00 /year
