Responsibilities

  • Fluent in SHIFTMobility’s core business, market segment, products and vision
  • Deep understanding of support methodology and framework
  • Post-sale account management and engagement
  • Write technical FAQs and “how-to” instructions for all
  • Create/manage product videos
  • Follow pre-sales and post-sales closures proactively
  • Manage SHIFTMobility University (e-learning hub)
  • Promptly address customer issues via phone, email and in-house ticketing system
  • Host monthly webinars on new product features
  • Host weekly training webinars on key product features
  • Aim for high customer satisfaction with excellent service

Qualifications

Minimum

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Proficient in:
    • MS Office
    • Excel
    • CRM
    • WebEx, JoinME, GoTo meeting or similar video conference experience a plus
    • iOS and Android applications
  • Self-starter with initiative and drive
  • Goal oriented
  • Always optimizing
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Track record of exceeding objectives set by management
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong EQ
  • Basic understanding of the tools and technology associated with automobile repair
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
  • Tech Savvy
  • 2 year trade associate degree
  • 4 year college degree
