Responsibilities

  • Understand SHIFTMobility’s core business, market segment and vision
  • Understand support methodology and framework
  • Have deep understanding of the products and customers’ needs
  • Write technical FAQ and how-to instructions on the products
  • Follow sales closures proactively and reach out to customers to offer support services
  • Promptly address customer issues via phone, email, and our ticketing system
  • Host monthly webinars on new product features
  • Host weekly training webinars on key product features
  • Aim for high customer satisfaction with excellent service

Qualifications

Minimum

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Proficient in:
    • MS Office
    • CRM
    • WebEx, JoinME, GoTo meeting
    • iOS and Android applications
  • Self-starter with initiative and drive
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Track record of exceeding objectives
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of the tools and technology associated with automobile repair
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • 2 year trade associate degree
  • 4 year college degree
