When adding a new customer always use the license plate lookup tool. When creating a new estimate for return customers, locate the customer by entering their name, license plate number, or phone number into the search field and clicking the correct entry. This will cut down on double customer entries and ensure that the software tracks all repairs under one name.
While our software does speed up your estimate process, remember to take your time. Double check your estimate before you hit Save & Continue to prevent errors.
